Rise of Makedonia
Hail Lochagos! I would like to formally announce Megas Alexandros - Rise of Makedonia to you. This is a prologue campaign to the Alexander one, and it is centred on Philip II of Makedonia. Take the reigns of kingship as you lead the tiny nation of Makedonia to a regional superpower on the verge of tackling the biggest empire in the known world. You will face such nations as Athens, Thebes, and Thrace as you vie for dominance over the Greek Peninsula. Your country has just recently finished a monumental military reform, and your troops are some of the best in the world. You must use your Phalangites and Cavalry the way they were trained to do, as an anvil and hammer. Keep the enemy troops pinned on the Phalanx as your strong and mobile cavalry sweep around and crush the enemy from behind. Strength be with you.

Rise of Makedonia includes new factions to recreate the historical situation in Greece at the time. You will fight factions such as Athens, Thebes, and Thrace, and you must have your wits about you if you are to win. Your troops may be elite, but they will lose if they are not used properly.
