How do I change the ownership of a city's garrison? Do I just have to change who the city belongs too? And if so what do I do to the immobile rebel garrisons in the descr_strat? (I'm trying to make the KH into a Bosphorean faction) :help:

You mean who owns the town at the beginning of the game or the "ownership" tag?
To change who holds the town at the beginning of the game, you have to alter the descr_strat.txt and it is a lot of work to do by hand...

I've changed the descr_strat but what do I do to the 'Immobile rebel' garrisons?

Only the rebell general is immobile. Replace him with one of your FMs and everything should be fine. But make sure all units in the garrison can legaly belong to KH.
