How exactly do you install this mod for Rome Total War: BI?

I installed the mod from here:

There are a few files here.

Music_for_OIM.p
Music_for_Oim.p
eng.exe
OiM_lit_eng.exe
patch_music_for


Can anyone please tell me how to install it? Do I extract all of the files into my BI main folder?

It is the old BETA-version. I hope in current of week or two, we shall let out the full version in English.

Okay, though I do want to play this regardless if it's in Russian. Can you please tell me the steps of how to install this? Do I extract all of the files into my main Rome Total War folder or just BI Folder? Is there a shortcut that will appear after you completely extract the files?
