sweden addon for teutonic campaign

this simply ads sweden to the teutonic campaign and unfortunatly breaks the kalamar union script. off course it also enables norway...
swedish banners are new and textures redone to blue and yellow. They even got a somewhat correct family tree where Valdemar Birgersson is king.

the mod also contains a redo of both the buttons and banners to include all factions from vanilla and kingdoms except the americas campaign, plus sweden, flanders and two i made up my self...
for banners the timurids now use same as rebels,since the difference was minor anyway.
the complete banners are found in the .rar file at \sweden teutonic mod\mtw2\mods\teutonic\data\banners\banner-mod\
the buttons are not that organized, but the files involved are at \sweden teutonic mod\mtw2\mods\teutonic\data\ui\southern_european\interface\modpage.tga, \sweden teutonic mod\mtw2\mods\teutonic\data\ui\shared.sd and \sweden teutonic mod\mtw2\mods\teutonic\data\ui\strategy.sd

and of course this is free for all to use as they see fit.
