Rio IBFD BRG IV
1- A Clean 1.6 rtw-bi. installation
2- Within the rtw folder copy the bi and change the copied bi folder to rio
3- Installer - Install RIO'S IBFD BRG IV

New building recruit system tweaked with more balanced units:
Romans and Romano British RB is limited)
Roman Civilian and Government Center.
-Roman government center building needed to Assimilate the local population.
-After the Roman government center building is completed, city to large and huge cities can now build the higher tier level Roman barracks and stables producing the best Roman units.
Barbarians and Romano British:
Barbarian Government Center
-New recruitment Branch off for RB, Barbarian, Hun, and Nomads at city levels.
-These factions will not be able to recruit units in Roman barracks or stables after city levels.(or build from this tree)
-These factions need to build a barbarian government center building to start the assimilation process.
-City level units are better in the branched off barrack and stable buildings in cities, large cities, and huge cities that available after pop.is assimilated.
-government center needed for assimilation of the local population.
-After assimilation(completion of the Barbarian government center) barrack and stables buildings branched off in the barbarian form can now be constructed.
-Best cavalry and infantry units are found here at city to larger city levels.
-Cavalry ill be more readily available.

Assimilation more rigorously needed at the city level.
roman captured cities
-Foederati forts now instead of merc forts(mercs recruited in advanced Taverns that produce an adjacent merc barracks.)
-Also the Roman campaigns slightly tweaked(law and happiness) to make expansion more difficult
-Roman general units slightly increased.
-langobard and Burgundii warlord costs reduced.
-upkeep increases for the Vandals.
-Costs for cavalry reduced.
-Roman Britones costs reduced for several units within Britain that have Roman origin.
-2 of the equites cavalry(one the sag archer) although a bit weaker. In Soissons and in Roman occupies regions they can recruit the Roman type unit but at Roman costs.
-AI Characteristics tweaked in some factions in its bias to recruit units to:smith - exactly level
-Much game re balancing

I have this mod installed and like it. Problem is finding someone online to play it. Is there a Hamachi account already set up that I can join?

I started a groupl for mods to play online battles. The name of the group is; The Mode Squad.
