Installation problems

Having recently gotten a new version of M2TW, I decided to give mods a stab this time around, and since I didn't have Kingdoms, BC was on the top of my list. I was all giddy with excitement after the several hour long download was finishd, only to be disappointed. Upon trying to launch the installer, I get this:
