PROBLEM: slow mouse

hallo all.
Idownloaded PI plus the music pack.
i have this problem: on the menu page (where you choose single player-continue campaing and so on) the mouse is desperately slow.
as far as i see, NOT in the strategic map.
but, there are some more troubles, that i will send in other posts

Slow mouse issue has happened to me in Europa Barbarorum, as well as vanilla. I do not believe that is the fault of this mod, although I am not quite sure.
