Abuse on the Forums

Hi all,

I believe that the moderator should have the abilty to instantly delete any post which is aimed at causing "obvious" hurt to any other user on the forums. This can be in the form of racist, religious or general trouble making.

This is one the big mistakes on the STW forums. It was usually allowed to get way out of hand and turned into an online brawl, a number of which I was also involved in.

however, I have no regrets at all in respect of what I said to the forum users who clearly supported the September 11th attacks on the USA.

I think the layout of the ORG is great as it is, but Im sure someone with the necessary skills could improve it further.

I should also state that it is not my intention to re-start the arguements that occured last year. I made it clear what I thought at the time and that is sufficient.

Hey Lord! Good to see you still "alive".

I think the moderators' policy is to close potential flame posts more than delete them...but it's the same anyway. But closing the thread with a message saying why would avoid all the discussions about why did you delete my thread / where is my thread.

It has been applied many times...but we did "let it go" in the DD issue.

Good to see you're still around too.

I didnt comment on the "DD" subject cause I had no real idea of what was going on, but I hope it is all settled now.

I have been following some of the STW forums even in my absence. I had to register again on the .ORG forum cause I lost my ID login.

I also hope Tosa returns. He was one if the originals in the game, and helped make this site what it is - he best STW site in the game.
