Maybe it was answered somewhere else, but does this Mod work with MTW2 Gold Edition?

Should work. Gold is just M2TW + Kingdoms.
Note that this mod is made for non Kingdoms though, so it will only take effect during grand campaigns, not kingdoms mini campaigns.
