Darthmod help

The darthmod looks interesting but I dont really want some of the unit stat changes, I have increased the power of certain units and decreased others. Would the darthmod overpower this?

Most likely yes, it will overwrite the changes. If you have some patience, some modding skills and don't plan to redistribute the mod, open up the Darthmod using Packfilemanger and edit out what you don't want.
