M2TW Online Help?

Hey guys I'm new here and I'm starting to play M2TW. I have a problem going online though. I log in through Online Battles in the Multiplayer Menu and I enter the main lobby. I see a lot of players in the lobby but no games? If I do, I only see one but it's in progress. Is their something wrong? Do I need to update something? If so, please give the link.
