Dead Mod?

I've been reading a couple of threads and info about this mod... looks really good, specially because they enhance a lot BI, and there isn't many mods for this expansion. But what makes me worry is that the vast majority of the post are from one-two years ago. So,
is the mod dead?
are you (the modders) planning to release a bug-fixed versión 7.04? Because that "what if" buildings feautre is pure awesomeness!!!
