Losing a battle penalty would be interesting as it would be a sort of Clan Cap within itself. Super Sized clans would still have to play well and not just grind out XP with sheer hours played. It would also keep Clans from admitting anyone into their Clan since a bad player would actually hurt a Clan.

As it appears now an active bad player is still an asset to a Clan.

Sounds like some guys that play online chess and take ages to move to bore the oppoent until they quit, so they can get the points. Pretty lame. Good point.
