Water problem

Hi all,

My graphic card can only support low 3d models with everything Ultra for quality if I want the game to look best.

But when I play naval battles... I don't see the SEA!!! My boats are floating in the air! They look like freaking AIR SHIPS WHOO HOO!!

So can anyone help me? I need video settings so I can at least play the naval battles with the sea visible.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not much of an expert, but when Empire first came out, I had this sort of an problem where all ground was black.
Long story short getting right drivers fixed the problem (not latest, but right).
You might want to look into that, but remember to get some program to clean old drivers out or you risk going from bad to worse.
