The Org will provide private forums to any clans that want them. These forums will not be visible to the general public; the clan will be able to choose which members are allowed access.
Getting started is simple; just PM TinCow (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/private.php?do=newpm&u=6193) with what you would like to your clan's forum to be titled and who you wish to be in charge of that forum. After a quick review the new forum will be set up.
These forums will be run by someone chosen by the clan. Rules on language and swearing will be relaxed.
However, The Org's strict rules against inappropriate images, racism, discussion of, or links to, piracy or warez will remain in effect.
The Clan leader will be responsible for maintaining order in their forum. The Org staff will help if the Clan leader requests it or if The Org staff feel it is necessary to stop violations. In extreme cases the private forum may be closed for a period of time.
It is important to note that the rules will remain the same for everyone in the public forums.
We want to provide support for clans that are involved with any of the Total War games in order to build the Total War multiplayer community. If any clan is interesting in utilizing any Org resources beyond a private forum, we will do our best to make them available to you.
