Is it just me?

Or is anybody else concerned about how damn cheerful this board is? I mean it thanks you every time you post a message. It thanks you every time you edit a message, and it lets you know that it will return you to your thread in TWO SECONDS! It even gives you a way out in case it doesn't!

This sounds way too much like the "doors with attitudes" from Hitchhiker's Guide and it's starting to scare me!

And another thing! Why does it say WE when there is only one board? Who is this "other" that it keeps referring to? Does it consider itself royalty and that is why it uses WE? (Think QEII "We are NOT amused")
