Nothing earth shattering - and a couple of new screens:

...oh and a new Roman unit - the "Astarte".

I'm pretty sure that's a typo coupled with obliviousness to grammer meaning Hastati, much like triaria, being Triarii.

Unless that was what you meant in which case I only wrote: Lol!

Re: the thread title, "A Few More Crumbs from the Table":

Does anyone remember getting this much info in advance of a CA title? Ever?

Rethe thread title, "A Few More Crumbs from the Table":

That's true enough but I want to see more!!!!!!!!

Specifically, I would like to see the phalanx and how a multi-unit group of them manuevers. I am concerned about that as RTW badly bungled that mechanic.

It was probably the nearest thing his spellchecker could find.

It seems the writer transcribed from his tape recording and where the recording was unclear/distorted just went with a best guess. Triarii, Hastati and Coolus Helmet have somehow become something else. :( There also appears to be some paraphrasing that have changed the meaning of what i said. Mostly accurate though.

I thought it was from translating from British accent to Aussie accent.
