how shall i use polish nobles dismounted as i been using them as my generals second bodyguard as they are spearmen

The description says they're to be used to fill gaps in the line. Honestly, Polish Nobles, dismounted, are just disoriented guys who lost their horses. The mounted version is excellent. The infantry one, is decent. Good armor, morale, stamina, etc, but armed with short spears? Poland's Spearman unit from the castle barracks is more useful I think. Armed with a long spear, larger unit size, and able to form shiltron.
