This is not the org I joined 3 years ago. The original accusation was that Tera, used passwords. I can't believe this, but 'prove' was presented and counterproof. I don't know what the idea of all this was: nail the evil from within the org? If so do it good. There's no proof. What did you achieve? A lot of unrest here at the org, I dare even say a lot of innocents hurt. Was it enough? No! The whole of Kenchi had to be accused.
Other members/staff were accused of being partner in crime. Oh true, a lot more are 'guilty' here. But which crime? The wolf clanforum invaded? Your leader is responsible to protect that inner sanctum, not the org. The wolf leader failed, and to mask his blunder he starts a war with everyone. The only proven fact here is that the wolves forum has no proper lock.
EvilTinksta. You claim you want justice, but your language convinces me that you just want to destroy things: your account is blocked.
Magyar, you have serious problems. I'll help you to fix some of them. Your accounts are blocked for 1 week so you have time to improve the security of the wolves forum.
This is not just the idea that a member of the org staff 'used' passwords. This is an escalated clanaffair.
Magyar, you may think of this all as a funny game. It's not. I'll give you another week to think about this.
I asked which crime? I'll provide the answer. The crime is all those silly clanintrigues, spying counterspying, provokings and lack of respect.
These forums are founded by Dan sama. I don't know the full reason of founding this, probably providing a nice meeting place for people who are interested in playing CA's Shogun Totalwar. But certainly not the virtual battlefield it is now, it even intrudes the personal life of people. Dan and his successor Anssi sama stated many times: this is a 'no fire zone'.
I 'understand' the 'need' to slay your enemies in any way possible. Preferrably physically and mentally, real life and virtual. Not here. Go fight clanaffairs in the clanforums.
I just said I was mad, I still am. I'm sorry for all those nice and sane people who have to wade through this nonsense. I will ban anyone who starts any of this shit: better no forum at all than this.

The org is not a democracy,
it's a house made by Dan sama and we're all guests. Guests don't tear the decorating from the walls.
Annsi sama was asked to watch the house when the founder left. He appointed Kuma sama when he left.
He had to left, and handed the administration over to me. Administrators are not elected,
but appointed. The same applies to moderators, site and tech administrators.
Houserules.
Houserules are not made by me, but by the founder. I just enforce them. The orgs most important rule is: this is a nofire zone.
This house is not a static structure, but changes: the forum administrator will adjust/expand rules if needed.
What enraged me?
Guests were attacking the hosts of this house (yes Tera is an appointed host too). The no firezone rule was trampled as well, by many.
What do I think?
I think what I stated before: the org has passwords to protect org accounts, not bankaccounts or clanforums. It's not the orgs responsibility
to protect clanforums. Magyar must know this, yet he uses his org password to protect the clansite. Hence he was given a week off, to fix the security.
Magyar should also understand that the org is a meeting place for TotalWar players, not a RPG playground. He was given another week to figure that out.

A strong 'evidence' was that Tera had FTP access and could retrieve the passwords. Barocca san discovered that certain tools could retrieve the info without
having FTP access. Anyone could have retrieved the passwordfiles. Action has been taken to close that gap. I'll e-mail the host about changing the FTP password,
after that anyone should change his account password.
We'll soon switch to another board with tigher security, yet it's not the orgs task to protect non org accounts.
Tera, I don't believe that you did this, you've done many great things for the org and I won't forget this. I'm very sorry to see you go like this.
A ban is a ban, yet I'll honor your last request. All bans will be lifted 10-21-2002. I wish you all the best.
The future
I understand that a game like this includes some RPG, I've played in the Ugly campaign myself. Totalwar.org is not a dedicated RPG site though.
Apart from that, a clanwar causes conflicts. That's fine as long as it's a game with other people who voluntary join that game. That's not the case here.
The clanforum is to make announcements about tourneys, advertise and stuff like that, not to continue/initiate clanwars. This is a no fire zone.
(RPG) politics, that excludes discussion of real world politics in the OT forum, are not allowed on this board. Links to external clanwar sites can be posted in the clanforum, and will also be put on the mainpage of the org like always.
Patrons are free to discuss anything they want and have any opinion they like, but they refrain from any bad mouthing (sexist, religious, insulting etc). Foul language will result in an edit, closure
or deletion by a moderator or a (temporarily) ban by me.
The Guild is not a democracy. Patrons are free to make requests, threats will result in a ban.
