Incorrect details game spy log in

http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wave.gif evry time i try 2 log on 2 multiplayer games on game spy it always tells me my details r incorrect was wonderin if any 1 is havin similar problems and if they did how did they fix it im gutted 1 of the best parts of the game an i can play it lol
