Crusades for Polish Planned?

I was looking through the startpos folder in the late period and glanced over the buildings section. The Polish had a // in front of the chapterhouse, indicating they could not use it. However, beside it said comment if Polish ever get Brotherhood of Sword. My guess is that another Knight Order was planned for the Polish but never executed. i'm fairly sure you could turn this on with some simple modding, at least the part where they could crusade, not sure about that other thing. but cant they already crusade? been a while since i played the polish faction.
