Zeal in provinces!

How do I get to lower the zeal factor in a province?

Kill a bishop, destroy a church, move out a high-zeal unit or governor & replace with a lower-zeal one. These things spring to mind, tho' I'm sure there are others.

I found that Inquisitors, while usually raising zeal, can let zeal decline if they kill a lot of people. (You get a message than about how much were killed)
