Hey

I have read a lot of posts about modding and would like to take the chance to thank all of those kind enough to share there knowledge with us less gifted in the art of modding http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif .

Despite some serious thread-digging I have yet to find the answers to the following questions:

1. Is it possible to change the faction colours, i.e danish troops sporting yellow and blue instead of red and white?

2. Is there anyway of converting those kewl info-pics to jpg files? (so I can use the Teutonic Knight as a screensaver)

Wha...what? OH I wasn't sleeping - honest

Hello General. Welcome to the Entrance Hall...Org...whatever. Sorry, my mind is a little muddled - not that I was sleeping, mind you. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

It looks like the answer to your first question is no: Factions of a different colour (http://www.totalwar.org/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=5;t=1470;hl=faction+and+colo)

As for question #2, take a screen shot, the F2 key I think. The shot is stored in the MTW/TGA folder and they are numbered consecutively. They are saved as TGA files and rather large. Paint Shop Pro, photo manipulation software or other graphics programs can load and view TGAs. Then you just need to save the TGA as a JPG file. I hope that helps.

Sorry for the late welcome General Wannabe. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/redface.gif
