I would like to inform all that Lrossa won the CWB challenge against us, teh wolves.

its was 4-3 before teh decisive 3 vs 3 game for 3 remaining points.

teh first game we attacked, where Lrossa took a big risk to deploy in front of us, on that woody hill of carcano. my fault i was too lazy to listen if they would ever do that.
wwolves lost, score of lrossa was approx 16.8%

second game had some bad starts due drops of LrossaRiki but last night w eplayed the return game. its was a static game like the dropped ones, so our better valued horses were less usefull.

well we won teh game but scored 16.5% which means we lost teh eblt by a total of 0.3% of 45000. thsi is about 150 florins. so if i didnt miscalculated a few knights made the difference.

all games were nice and exciting.

i congratualate Lrossa for winning teh belt, imo the deserved it since i noticed that they trained hard for this. much more than our disorganised ranks could produce. good unitselections and nice way of maximizing score with taking a tricky risk on the end.

they can defend it soon, when they have to face the winner of elite-paladino.

Gah

As Referee of the Clan War Belt competition, Krast thanks you all for your interest and confirms that the Clan Luna Rossa did win the title in the weekend's match with defending champions the Wolves.

Gnish

Also, let it be known that Krast has uploaded the first set of ten battle replays to the .Org's battle replay section, and they are available.

The two battle replays in Milan were uploaded separately.

Gnash

Krast has, of course, viewed all the replays and found a great variety of different styles in play, all at a high standard -- as we should expect from such fine players from such fine Clans.

Gni

It is also true that the deciding factor in the competition, given the structure used to determine victory, was a meager 120 florin difference in kills in the two 3v3 battles. So we can imagine how easily the outcome could have turned the other way.

Congratulations to all participants.

The replay file is here: http://www.3ddownloads.com/strateg....records (http://www.3ddownloads.com/strategy-gaming/totalwar/Recorded_Battles/MTWrecords/)

It is titled 'Wolf vs LRossa.zip' and it is available.

Due to Krast's error, the replays from the Milan battle are listed separately, and only ten of the twelve battles appear in the file.

Look for 'W v LR Milan.zip' for the Milan battles. Same d/l page.

Congratulations to the mighty LRossa Clan

this victory proves that the English speaking people can´t assume that they rule the world, there is more than these org community, activated by all English reading and writing people, who mostly think, they or this Org represents the community and it´s interests. I know so many LRossa members, strong, honorable, friendly but they don´t know one word in English and therefore get ignored in this Org community. Look at the results in the HoF award. Where was the almost only French speaking Marechal? Where was the almost only Spanish speaking Celtibero? And were was the almost only Italian speaking LRossa? It seemed, that they get underestimated, allthough they have players, lot better than the nominated guys. My message to all people, who can speak English only: Your eyes see only one little part of the world, don´t think you know all of it and don´t think your eyes see it better than other people eyes. Enough words lost about the English language. Forza Italia

Furhtermore I want to thank Magyarkhan, one of the greates Clanleaders in our whole community, donating this CWB title. Magyarkhan is the greates Clanleader, not because he is strong, rude and arrogant, he is a great Clanleader, because he does so much efforts apart from the Org and the CA guys for this community. He created the one and only Clanwarcampaign for Shogun and he started the newest Campaign for Medieval, too. He programmed so many tools (logfilereader) for the game, he brought players from whole Europe together in one Clan, for example Dutch, Spanish, Italian, German, English and even Kurdish people and allthough he has so much power, he fights vs people who abuse their own power, even if he has to fight it alone. He and his members always try to teach people how to play this game in the conduct of sportsmanship. And what award does he get? The most feared player? This award doesn´t really matches with his actually hard work, he did for our community. Enough words lost about Magyarkhan. RUHM UND EHRE ELITE

PS:
The whole world knows that airliners aren´t weapons of mass destruction and that it is one of the greatest bullshit of the young and fresh 21th century to maintain, Iraq had connections to the El Quaida concerning such weapons. Such weapons killed not over 3.000 people in New York at the 11th September, but such weapons killed 5.000 Kurdish people long long time before, weapons produced with the money, technology and scientists of the western civilisation. But not one European or American ass cared about that. Those Kurdish people werent worthy to make a comment about that. Mr. Bush and Mr. Blair, you both make me sick. Keep out of Iraq

yup (too) many people only see America and Americans as "the good ones" and really no one cares about those people
Yesterday there was a celebration because of 40 years of german-french friendship and both states said they are against a resolution that would allow the USA to attack Iraq (lucky France got a veto in the UN). There's no doubt about the cruelty of Saddam or lets say that he did really cruel things. But hardly anyone realises that Kuweit was also a cruel dictatorship where there was torture and death penalty or that American presidents are also responsible for many cruelties that almost no one knows about.

In my opinion it would be ok to attack Iraq if there is a real PROOF that the country got nukes biological or chemical weapons. But an Intervention should only be made in order to give Iraq another government e.g. there are the Shiites that form 60% of the iraqi population and are now treated like second class citizens. The UN troops should only set off Saddam and help with food money and so on but let the iraqis rule their own country.
Remember that American troops in a muslim country are like Taliban or Mujaheddin in the Vatican.

P.S.:Did you know that the USA refused to allow South Africa to produce their own, for South Africans affordable AIDS-medicine (just for own use not for exports) just because Bush claimed that it would be "against market-economical principles"?? (CLearly OFF-Topic this post)

And last but not least: HONOUR TO LUNAROSSA AND CONGRATULATIONS

We have different blood, different temperament, we arent cold ppl.
I completely agree with Gazoz, as im spanish. But we have to understand that we need one language to speak all together, and all agree that since years english is the choosen one, not only here but for work and so on.
One nice thing could be in the future an online tool which automatic translate one language in other, but as we have to wait for it, no option now. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif

What a surprise to the mainly English speaking .org http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/joker.gif

Edit: On another note, the HOF is a English speaking world award. I suggest the non native English speaking community organise themselves so we can have a set of awards which more broadly represents the totalwar community.

That link didn't work for me the days before, but yesterday it worked. I've been watching the replays and I have to second the others.. good matches, maybe a bit too much playing with archery on one map.
In my opinion, Kocmoc and Rabaul played a great campaign...

Maybe in a past life, Magyar.

Currently I have no net access at home, so I played mostly local LAN games. But I look at replays a lot to see what the skill level on the net is...

I'm planning to get online these weeks, I'd like to get peppered by your horse archers sometime. Bring as many as you like... different army setups are way better than always coming to battle with your best army, IMHO.
