TacTeam challenge 3 vs 3, rule discussion

it needs some addings like how often tehere should be a game, i would say once a week

i can inform u as well Kocmoc me and paolai will be teh first team to be challenged by a team of u.

before soemone smart pops up and wonders why we start in teh first place i can say that i like to invent something where i start as the defending side without having to fight for it first, koc paolai and me aint that bad to start with , there is no award involved -for now- and we need some distraction from teh lost 3 vs 3 by 120 florins, set by my own rulez and toolz.

well, mag.... ur one of the very rare guys who create some competition for our community, the most just sit around and speak much, ur not

u do something and this since more than 3 years, imo its time to thak u

Ive just included a team with EvilC, LorTed and me.

Lately we have played some 3vs3 so i think it could work. I have to ask them, but pls keep our sign on mind.

its not about clans but teams , so u can play with celti or kenchi as well ale.

OK, after the praising session, here is some comments.

1. If the team is allowed to use a faction only once, why bar the Spanish? Let them play Spanish, especially with the 2-max rule. I predict the Italian and German armies would be the worry, not Spain.

2. 2-max seems to be quite a problem for Russian army. But it would also reduce the force of Byzantium (with only 2 Byz. Inf. and 2 Varangian Guards).

I do like the 2-max rule though.

points will not be changed. now the player must choose between amlo and russian. even with 2 max i found spains lancers and santiago unnecessarry strong.

Thanks Magyar for clarification.

All other points are fair and good, and as people say, there are more people like me, just sit there and talk, than the people who play in tourney.

I think the simpler the rules, the better, and your rules are fair and simple.

Hope your challenge will take off...

Anyhow thats true that Ted, EvilC and me played some games not many time ago, thats the reason i join them in a team.

Another question, can someone be on more than 1 team? In case their team win he can ask other guy to replace him in the other team if he has to fight against a team which he is also in.
Just a suggest.
Anyhow, in my case it wont happen, coz the poor guys who play with me (sorry Ted and EvilC http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif ) as a team will lost without any doubt because of my nooby way to play.
