Hello again, fellow story-spinners, tale-tellers and myth-makers. The Org has a new proposition for you.
Since our efforts to name this forum went so well, with everyone cooperating and contributing, we thought we would extend that working model to the selection of assistant moderators for this place. My role as moderator here is only temporary, so we thought we'd consult you, the regular patrons of these forums, to help us pick new assistant moderators (1 each) for Mead Hall and Throne Room.
How it works: nominate 1 of your fellow posters, or volunteer yourself, here in this thread. We'll close this thread Friday night, tally the names & post a poll with the top 10 contenders. Then we'll vote in that poll until Sunday, 24 Aug, 2000 GMT (noon PDT), and send the top vote-getter's name to TosaInu.
Before you jump too quickly into the fray, remember that Moderator is a position of trust and confidence, and does involve a bit of work, including regular attendance and assisting patrons who need help. It's an unpaid, volunteer position. On the bright side: being a Moderator is a positive way for you to contribute to the overall good of the TotalWar community.
