Hello,
The mailsystem had problems for a few days, thus new accounts could not be activated.
That also caused failure to retrieve or reset passwords.
There was also an error 500 problem: accounts were activated but it wasn't properly reported so.
Everything should be working fine now, and accounts that aren't activated yet, will be processed manually. You'll receive an e-mail about it.
