Hae dudes http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wave.gif

I'm very new to MTW tis indeed a funky title, which i have instantly fallen in love with http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif but i have one tiny issue - my mate brought his copy over so that the two of us could have some lan fun - everything seemed cool - we played out many an epic battle http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif but we soon wanted more, like a few cpu players that we coula ally ourselfs against & possibly something other than last man standing. but to our dismay we could do either http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif can you only do last man standing during a lan match??? please say this isnt so as my mate cant get online & i only have access to a 56k modem so sharing a line is at my place is out of the question http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif

Hi locherbread ... welcome to the Org... http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wave.gif

I haven't played any LAN games and so I might not be the best person to respond to your question...

I had a look at the LAN options and the last man standing seems to be the only chioce that there is. It seems that as a single player you can bring on a computer enemy and ally... but with a friend you cannot bring on a Computer enemy to beat up on. Sad one

I think that your only hope is if someone has made a modification that allows more choices to be made in the LAN game, sadly I am not knowlegable about whether this is posible, or what mods are out there...
