Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz helpppppp me.
I have an EA account and a Total War account. I have the 1.12 Patch and when I go into game and select multiplayer then EAlPlay and when I enter my password, my Total War account username and my Japenese Family. It tries to log on then says Logon-Error.

One question: do you have the original Shogun Total War or the Warlords Edition?

Well 1.12 is the original shogun patch, and you can't play that online anymore.
