View Full Version : Very very very funny castle asault!!!

Finally I had a castle assault:)

Location: Naples, Castle with curtain wall, 10 men (catapult) against
more than 2000 sicilians (they reapeared)...and I won:)

It was sooo funny, Im playing on normal btw, time and AI were on my side.

Stupid Sicilans broke first gate, my 10 men went into fight, i lost 8 of
them, with only 2 men i retreated behind last gate but sicilians destroyed
wall with mangonomel and halberdiers and knights rushed inside, then I
escaped again through gate and halberdiers and knights went to main gate with
archers, again I escaped on the other side through gate and again they
went on the other side of the castle and AGAIN they charged and AGAIN I
escaped through gate and after 40 minutes of cat&mouse game I won:)
Hehehee

I saved replay and I will put it on my web page in next few days

How come they never thought of sending Cavalry after you or of seperating their forces?

People say God is fast...and Yes indeed, after over a year I got my castle siege and today I got it again, this time Germans attacked me in Hungary.

btw. I think that they are assaulting my castles because I raised castle unit limit over 20 times so few units can survive over 30 years in citadels:)
