Is it possible to ad new weapon to ProjectileStats?
I want to make sth like mounted handgun and dont know how to do it. Can anyone help? http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

Don't think you can add new ones. They are hardcoded. However it is quite easy to change one of them...

Take a look in the downloads-section. There is a file named Mounted_handgunners there. Havent downloaded it myself, but the name indicates it is what your looking for.

Norseman is correct u cant add any new weapons, however you can mod the current ones that are present.
