newbie problem with patrician v1.2

Hi all,
Just downloaded and installed patrician v1.2, custom battles work fine however every time i attempt a campaign it crashes to desktop. The error file reports this message C:\med_patch\crusaders-TW\ 3 dmap.cpp(3802): Direct x call : E_NOTIMPL (unsupported) I have searched through the various forums with no luck and was wondering if anyone has any idea how to fix this as i would dearly love to play a campaign with this great mod. I don't think its a system prob as MTWVI and the Nap mod work fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

King David, the creator of Patrician, disappeared many months ago. Consequently, it is was never converted to work on VI. I believe there is an effort underway to find someone willing to pick up the pieces are reassemble them, perhps in the future there will be a Patrician for VI.
