Well, I had an idea, and was wondering what the general opinion would be of it. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Good idea, I'd have a go. Probably best to drum up support in the Sword Dojo.

Well, I still have to find myself MI on some game site and then convince my parents to buy it for me via credit card, so maybe someone else will have to start it...

In the meantime, should i copy this thread to the Sword Dojo?

This has been sugguested before, but the problem is the infrequency of Daimyo deaths in Shogun... The game would be over within the lifetime of a couple of Daimyo.

Perhaps a set length of time should be allotted for each leader to make it work?

I would throw my weight behind a Shoggy campaign (is it warlord edition with Mongol Invasion?) its a good idea.

True. On the way home I remembered my first Oda campaign - I finished it with a single daimyo, so I do believe that about 10-15 years or so as the Daimyo's advisor, so to say, would be the best. However I don't have MI (yet), so I'm unfortunately out (presuming everyone has MI http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif). http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/frown.gif

Well I have MI installed but the problem is a friend of mine has my original Shogun CD, so I cannot reinstall it if its not MI.
