Warhammer 40,000 RTS game!!!

I just seen the first two shots of the new Warhammer 40,000 RTS game now it look amazing, this could be a great game as long as they dont implement turns like tabletop game.

I once played WH 40k, it was more of a squad turn-based game. RTS looks nice.

Why would you not want turns? It wouldn't be 40K without the turns-Just another Sci-Fi RTS.

its been in development for ages now so you never know it mite be an end of this year deal but then again....
i thought it had died a year ago as it fell off the boards and i couldnt find anything on it - good to see it kept going

There was a problem back when the first articles about RTW appeared, someone posted scans of PC Gamer UK here and the author of that article posted on this site demanding that the scans be removed immediately or else. We don't want a repeat of that, therefore these links go or I start editing tomorrow morning.

darn only 5 races,2 unknown one for multiplayer only...i wish they had all the races of warhammer 40k,well hopefully the 4th one is the tyranids,becuase seriously no sci-fi/space RTS goes without some sort of alien infestation on the rampage(look at starcraft,star trek and such)

even normal space marines flee when things look bad - they just do so with style

only some of the special chapters dont ie some Blood angel some Dark Angels all Black Templar members etc

Orks on the other hand flee very often once you have got them to 50% which meens killing 10 Orks normally

OMG I sooo hope tow are in it. Tau and imperial guard. THAT WOULD ROCK My 2 fav races.

You may have 5 terminators but I have 200 gaurds with about 10 heavy weapons.

and then retaliate by unloading my stormbolters and charging into close combat...

Not really counting on the dark kin to be in there, hey, I'm just feeling lucky because we're still in 4th ed 40K (with an old codex but whatyagonnado?)
I really hope they don't go so lame as saying that dark angels and ultramarines are different races (*yawn*). Heck space marines and normal marines are almost the same thing.

id imagine the other single player race is Nids for sheer alien type of gaming style

the last multiplayer only will be a good guy which is wh yit wont be in single player - all the single player enemies will be bad guyz - so we have either Eldar, Imperial Guard or Tau
