Anybody care to give some impressions about it, since I don't trust the reviews any more? Is it like Divine Divinity in SP, or more simplistic? And most importantly, can you save any time you want in game?

Just saw it on sky one today some kind of 2d isometric game sort of like diablo 2 I would say from the look on telly. It doesnt look bad graphicly but it is top down which some people might no like.game site1 (http://www.ascaron.com/gb/gb_sacred/)

Try here for info , though the forum is getting a bit swamped at the moment . I havn't considered buying the game but my experience with Ascaron so far is , good games and very good customer support .

I hated the demo. Really isn't anything like Div Div, just another Diablo 2 clone, and not an especially good one, imho.
