Unreal 3 tech demo

I honestly don't know anyhting about the Unreal games, but someone turned me on to this tech demo vid (http://www.jamesbambury.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/unreal3_0002.wmv) and it sort of makes the RTW engine look like Atari 2600.
