View Full Version : Favorite Webcomics
As of recently I've discovered the joy that is the webcomic, although I've only discovered two good ones I'm now following them regularly.
These are my favorite webcomics:
Megatokyo (http://www.megatokyo.com/index.php?strip_id=556)
Something Positive (http://somethingpositive.net/index.html)
So what webcomics are some of you guy's reading if any at all?

Ctrl Alt Del - so funny, but you'll have to read a few comics back to get the current storyline (to the 23rd of April - go to the archives)

not exactly comics but rather Cartoons homestar (http://www.homestarrunner.com/)
My favourite webcomic currently is, and will likely remain, the Order of the Stick (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0001.html). In a world based on Dungeons and Dragons, you get an interesting plot and compelling characters. You do not necessarily need to be an expert of the game; a basic knowledge is enough, and even then the humour is not solely based on D&D jokes, far from it.
I like Kevin & Kell (http://kevinandkell.com/) too, I would list it as my second favourite. Updates everyday.

It's a absurd and surreal comic or as the comic titles itself :"A cartoon of modern life as lived by a retarded otter, an alcoholic tiger, and two bears."
It takes a few strips to get into, but the writer is a genius and the comic surpasses most other webcomics by creativity and humor.

And the DFC has to get an honorable mention, although it's in a slightly different category.

The only one I read regularily is Dr. Mcninja (http://drmcninja.com/), perhaps solely for the absurdity of it.
I second OOTS, xkcd and Penny Arcade.

Order of the Stick is very good.
Also,
http://www.fireball20xl.com
has a ton of console-game related comics. Even if you don't like the newer ones there are archives full of old, finished webcomics.

Penny Arcade
Amazing comic. I used to make fun of my wife for reading it until I tried a couple of strips and ended up reading something like 6 years worth in one go :)
