Title says it all: who do you propose to be the best boss in the world? Living or dead, celebrity or otherwise, I'm not going to restrict you, just let the names fly

I hereby nominate Richard Branson as a model boss. His enterprises are flourishing, he is a PR genious, and he has successfully avoided any negative media attention, skillfully avoiding the very few bullets to have come flying his way.

I thought his handling of that delayed flight incident a few months back was particularly admirable:
