Just wondering, are there any other DDR nerds out there. If so, post your favorite songs to play. Mine would be Holic, A, and Spin the Disc on heavy.

Disco Dancing Revolution or something? I know it's been out there for quite some time, but only just a week or so ago it was mentioned on a gaming show that made me remember about it now.

It's that 4 footpad machine that portrays the dancing moves on-screen in the sequence which those pads are touched (by using your feet). Right?

Anyways I've never tried it and am not all to keen about doing it one day either http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/tongue.gif

Nope, it's not DDR ram http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/tongue.gif It's Dance Dance Revolution. It is a game where, like Dnc said, it has 4 feet arrows, up, down, right and left, and the arrows coincide w/ music. You basically move your feet around alot (more fun than it sounds). It greatly increases balance and endurance (this coming from a runner).

Poor excuse for playing a game. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/rolleyes.gif Plenty of better ways to increases endurance and agility if that is what you are after. This coming from a runner.

Playing DDR solid for one hour, on heavy, is roughly equivalent to running quickly for 40 minutes. There are songs where you move your feet to songs at 190 bmp. It also gives you a better sense of rhythm. All of these combined into one, including lots of fun, makes it an excellent workout for me.
