Recipes for udon or ramen noodles?

My wife and I are planning a little yakitori-barbecue with friends this weekend.

We would like to have some fried ramen or udon noodles with the yakitori.

Does anybody here have a good recipe that would go nicely with the yakitori (or know a website where I could find such recipes)?
