Mounted Banner Men

Is it possible to have a banner man on a horse? I've only seen them with the infantry (like the Greek or Roman ones). However, for all the Iranian Nomad factions (Scythia, Sarmatia, and Parthia), they used a windsock like banner that a mounted officer held. I'm pretty sure I have posted pics before, but if anyone needs pics, I can show how that banner would look. It might be a bit difficult to get the actual windsock thing, but I think the Eastern factions should have banner bearers, as of now they have none.

I believe it's possible, as cavalry can have a 'commander' unit added to them, which I imagine works under the same concept as banner carriers. I've been thinking about this too, as the Gauls need mounted Carnyx blowers, and a mounted crestman carrying a boar symbol.
