No pause?

Wow, I never thought I am going to write something like this, but no pause actually rocks!!! I always played with it, since MTW, but today I tried without and man that city siege was a lot more fun and actually felt like an accomplishment in the end. The game was more exciting, fast and it all added up to a better RTW experience, I suggest you all try without it.

Uhh...exciting, fast, but tedious?

Without killrate mods, I find the pause key essential. The huge running and killing speeds mean that without it the battle would be over before I'd had the chance to give half my troop orders. That and the annoying UI problems and bugs...I couldn't stand playing the game without the pause key! I can see why MPers get such a raw deal with the game.
