Mijuku (newbies) to MP are welcome as long as honour is within you. Tactics on the battlefield can be learned, not honour.

You will be tested in battle , mostly to test your character, your attitude, much more than your battle skills.

KumaRatta is right. We are looking for brave samurai who has good characteristic. It's not important how good you are in the battlefield, it's how brave you are. Strategy of battle can be learned.
