This mod currently has the following features:

-Rebalanced v1.2 units and rebalanced routing effects for slightly longer combat
-3 new buildings (Carthage Pantheon, Royal Barracks, and Barbarian Stone Wall)
-Rebalanced navies, AI will build fewer and smaller navies
-Post-marian Carthage units
-TTO Carthage Archers and legion units
-Almost a dozen new and unique units by the DBD mod team and EB's spartan_warrior for Briton, Dacia, Numidia, and Carthage
-Reskins of Britons, Guals, Germans, Romans, Greeks, Selucids, and Dacians by Burebista and Webbird of the TTO
-Reskins of Carthage by EB's spartan_warrior
-Rebalance economy by Burebista
-New unit flags from SPQR and RTR
-CVP version 2

Soon will hopefully include:

-reworked merc units, allowing the building of native units in appropriate territories (ie allied Roman Princepes can be built in Italian provinces by Barbarians... based on historical recruiting and use of "native" warriors by Hannibal, Rome, Macedon, Mithridates, etc)
-New map with added provinces
-SPQR-like formation changes
-SPQR combat balancing
-RTR-like Ptolemy changes to Egypt

and other possible tweaks

This can currently be downloaded at TWC, but only an early build for some of my playtesters (currently around 200). As soon as I iron out a few more wrinkles I'll seek a simultaneous release here and through TTO
