Greetings,
After a glorious 2 month tour of the East coast of the US and many countried in the EC., Yagyu Jubei has returned and is in search of dedicated bushi to join Clan Yagyu.
We are only 5 strong at the moment, but are determined to become a force in the STW community.
To all of my old allies! I wish to tell you that I have missed our gaming. To new warriors I wish to say be prepared for an honorable fight!

A shameless Bump!

After having a small clan meeting today, we realized that at least half of us are martial artists in Clan Yagyu.
We had a wonderfull conversation concerning zen and martial tactics and how they work in stw. Our forum is getting many posts on these subjects.
Therefore we would expressly like to invite martial artists of all disciplines to consider Clan Yagyu when choosing a clan to join.

I'm not 100% sure what Anssi's policy on the Clan Leader icon is, but under the old guard a Clan Leader/Daimyo qualified for a leader.gif if:

1) ...his Clan had it's own website.
and 2) ...his Clan had ten or more active members.

-This all stemmed from complaints made by members of various Clans who's leaders were classified as "ronin" here at the dojo + they didn't think that this was dignified, and I certainly agree.

Well, we are now, Yagyu Jubei, Yagyu Matsueda, Yagyu Hajime, Yagyu Muneyoshi, Yagyu Korenaga, and have accepted a new recruit today. His name is uncertain. So we are only 6 so far.
Kurando. I didn't realize that was the character's name. I chose Yagyu because they were actually an incredible success story of the time.
They founded the famous Yagyu Shinkage Ryu of swordsmanship, and became the heads of the police under the final Tokugawa.

We Do care deeply about honour! Perhaps not the Honor standings of stw, but Honor is a top priority in our philosophy. How can you be samurai and not care about honor?
YagyuNaga is Yagyu Korenaga. An old but not very active member of the clan, Not our new recruit.
