watch this thread for details. yes, there is a prize. no, it isn't a joke, it's a real prize, very valuable to those interested in Noh theater and/or the Taira (sp?) war (Heiki crabs, that whole thing). open to .Org members only. very small, exclusive game. apply here, a few names will chosen at random to play (sorry, don't have time for everyone) and a winner will be announced.

jesus, i had planned on making it STW:WE, but so far the sign-ups are all fans of the original. hmmm...let another week go by and we'll see. any way this could get advert'd on the main totalwar.org opening screen?

Sounds like an Early Jap v. Early Jap Tourney (meaning no guns, no Monks and no Ashi).

I'm definitely interested if that's the case.

BTW, do you have a date for the Tourney yet? Just curious cuz I got a work-related trip coming up soon.

It will be STW:WE guys. I'll post the info, rules, etc. online by the end of the week, complete with some pics of the prize, and the scheduled date, too. Most likely won't happen until around Halloween (2 weeks) but it should be fun. Look for the link soon.

i finally got the prize, just have to photograph it and make the tourney site so the admins can announce it properly. things suddenly got very busy for me, so this had to wait.

grrrr....it's a lot of hard work putting something like this together! no wonder there are so few. it basically comes down to this: when i turn on my computer, what would i rather do? play STW or assemble some html..you can guess which way i've been going lately...
