And Txt Editor Not Anygood At campaing Map EditingAnyway To make This Mod I need

This Mod Is Going to be a full Redo Of Faction Units To Create Over 300 New Units!
For The Roman Factions, Carthage, Greeks, Macedon, Gaul And Eqypt And I might Add Some More?
And new Buildings! But At This Time Im Not Sure About A new map?
