Hello clans and friends. I am currently hosting a new tournament called the BR (Best of Rome). This tournament will be a clan based tournament. Each clan will be allowed only 1 spot in the tournament: there can be no double signups.
This tournament will be played between an even amount of clans. It will consist of as many rounds as there are (clans-1). Every participating clan will play every other participating clan once. Clans will be awarded points for both wins as well as faction selections. The points will be tallied up at the end of the competition. The 4 clans with the most points will then be randomly paired off. Then each pair will play best of 7 Rome-vs.-Rome games. Then the winners of the 2 games will then play in the grand finals under the same rules. The winner of that game will then be declared the winner of the competition. They will then be granted a computer drafted medal to immortalize there victory. They will also be given the pride of being able to call themselves the victor of a tournament to which many clans participated.
All Games played will be 3v3.
Point system:
Factions allowed and points for using them:
Rome- 2 points…… ..without 5 max= 1
Macedon- 3 points… without 5 max= 2
Pontus- 2 points……. without 5 max = (-1)
Armenia- 1 point ……without 5 max = (-1)
Selucids-1 point……..without 5 max = (-1)
Parthia - (-1) point…..without 5 max = (-3)
Scythia- 3 points ……without 5 max = (-4)
Britain- 3 points……..without 5 max= 2
Gaul- 5 points………..without 5 max=4
Numidia- 4 points…….without 5 max=3
Thrace-7 points……….without 5 max=5
Spain- 6 points……….. Without 5 max= 3
Germany-3 points……..Without 5 max= 2
Dacia- 4 points……….. Without 5 max=3
40 points per win
(-10) per loss
Rules for every match: (can be negotiated if both clans agree to new rules) *note*- Egypt cannot be negotiated and will always be banned *note*- no other rules not seem in the rules below can be negotiated because they could potentially harm the delicacy of the faction points system.
Default rules:
No artillery
No elephants
No Egypt
Minimum of 4 archer/slinger type units
12.5k per player
No team is allowed to have more than 1 person with the same faction in each game. Rome: however, is allowed to be used more than once.

Any clans found violating there faction selection rules or the game rules be punished accordingly. For the first match the team designated will be allowed to choose there 3 factions first. Then for the second match the opposing team will be allowed to choose there 3 factions first. In the third match the team designated will choose the first faction, then the opposing team will select a faction, then it will go back and forth until all teams have chosen there factions.
All faction selections and rule agreements MUST be made before the matches are played.
