What happened to PATCH 1.13?

Seriously though, We should hear about the latest developments by Friday or Next Monday. I am a part of the Beta Tester team and we are still without the beta patch to test so my guess is that they are really packing in a lot of new goodies and fixes for the next patch.
GOTO the Official Community Site and check out what "the shogun" said there about this matter, that should ease everyone's doubts and answer most questions.

just as a guess here, i'm thinking that they are re-working the 1.13 patch to also handle new stuff that's coming in the expansion pack. no sense in making 1.14 for the expansion pack if you can do it beforehand with 1.13...just a guess.

I hate all this crud they keep postin up about STW:W.E. for every honour day. Why don't they make what they have a first priority and what they don't a second. Maybe they totally forgot about the patch? And I bet the expansion pack is gonna end up having so much bugs anyways(making us all excited about the expansion pack).

Fromwhat I've read the expansion set will contain patch 1.13, which is a bit of a back-alley approach for those people who either don't want or don't get the expansion. So either buck up and pay for the Mongolian stuff or be prepared to never upgrade.

undoubtedly...as the stw, the exp pack will be thoroughlly bugged and in need of patching.

Commercial problems, how to sell a game without bugs ? Answer: it is impossible. Every game is bugged and need fixing. So i hope they DO release the 1.13 asap and i also hope the testers see the bugs at once in the exp pack so that most bugs (at least the most importnt ones) can be handled easily in the first patch.
