Campaign map

The concept of the campaign map in now complete. We will need to convert it into a campaign map. Once that is complete its all about provinces, cities, ports, resources etc...

So as an overall percentage I would suggest we are somewhere below 20%

- Concept (100% complete)
- creating campaign map (0 % complete)
- updating text files (0 % complete)
- updating TGA files (0 % complete)
